From Santiago downtown head towards Orense and come to a roundabout where you take the AC-841 towards A Estrada. From this roundabout go straight on for 2 km until you reach a Cepsa petrol station. Turn immediately right and you will come to the Hotel Congreso.
From the AP 9 from La Coruña to Vigo take Exit 72 (Santiago Este - Orense). After leaving the motorway head to Santiago, pass the 1st roundabout and go straight. At the 2nd roundabout take the AC-841 towards A Estrada. From this roundabout go straight on for 2 km until you reach a Cepsa petrol station. Turn immediately right and you will come to the Hotel Congreso.
Taxi: Easily taken at the airport. Approximate cost is 20 €
The company Freire is the one that goes from the airport to the bus station in Santiago where you can catch the Castromil or Estradense to the hotel.
